Relaxouscental provides professional landscape design services rather than physical products. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service cancellations, refunds, and modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement

If you cancel a service agreement before work has commenced, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances:

• Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of signing the service agreement
• Partial refund (less any costs already incurred) if cancelled after 48 hours but before work begins
• No refund for consultation fees if the consultation has already been conducted

After Service Commencement

Once design work has commenced, cancellation policies will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any remaining balance will be refunded
• Design materials already provided remain your property

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Design Revisions

Our service agreements typically include a specified number of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:

• The nature of the concern
• Work completed to date
• Whether the service agreement terms were met
• Opportunities provided to address concerns

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Modifications to Service Agreements

If you wish to modify the scope of work after a service agreement has been signed, we will provide a written amendment outlining any changes to fees, timeline, or deliverables. Both parties must agree to modifications in writing.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding services or refunds, we encourage direct communication to resolve the matter. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to New Zealand consumer protection laws.
